Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact.

Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, or personal care products, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at ortizifyouplease1111@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item(s) back.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (items returned with obvious signs of use or missing parts).
